Job Summary

Focusing on delivering exceptional care to women with complex hormonal and metabolic conditions, the full-time Licensed Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner will conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans via video visits, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans through video consultations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to uphold high standards of patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and respond to patient inquiries with clarity and compassion

Required qualifications

• Active national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions
• Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity
• Minimum of 3 active unrestricted state licenses, including at least 2 in CA, NY, or FL
