Licensed Telepsychiatrist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Licensed Telepsychiatrist will conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide treatment recommendations, and consult with a multidisciplinary care team, all while working remotely on a 1099 contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations for members with behavioral health needs
• Provide treatment recommendations and coordinate with primary care providers
• Consult with care team members on complex behavioral health cases and ensure timely documentation

Required qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification (or board eligibility) in Psychiatry
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state
• Active DEA registration
• 2+ years of post-residency psychiatric practice
• Experience working with a multidisciplinary care team
