Required qualifications
- Active resident Health Producer License
- Minimum of one-year recent experience as a call center supervisor leading licensed health insurance agents
- Proven ability to coach and manage employee performance using call center KPIs
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Windows-based systems and call center software
- High School Diploma or equivalent
