Licensed Therapist Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Sales Development Representative will proactively manage a pipeline of provider candidates, conduct outreach to recruit independently licensed therapists, and maintain accountability for performance metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a robust pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to maintain a steady flow of provider candidates
• Conduct extensive prospecting and create outbound campaigns to generate new leads, including cold calls and emails
• Screen and qualify prospective providers based on strict licensure and clinical requirements

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of inside sales or recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health
• Experience in managing high-volume inbound inquiries and generating leads through cold outreach
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and lead generation tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize recruitment efforts effectively
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
