Licensed Total Loss Claims Examiner

Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the full-time Licensed Total Loss Claims Examiner will negotiate and settle vehicular total loss claims, evaluate vehicle damage, and manage salvage recoveries while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide vehicle owners through the total loss claims process with clear communication and timely updates
• Evaluate vehicle damage to determine actual cash value (ACV) and negotiate total loss settlements for timely claim resolution
• Manage salvage valuations and coordinate vehicle transfers to maximize recovery while maintaining accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in third-party claims, specifically total loss and transportation
• Valid Adjusters Licensing in multiple states preferred
• Familiarity with state insurance regulations and compliance standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, claims management software, and vehicle valuation tools
• Strong data analysis and report-writing skills for detailed documentation
