Licensed Trade Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the company's import trade compliance program, the hybrid Licensed Trade Compliance Analyst will determine product classifications, oversee entry reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with Customs Brokers and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine and validate HTS classifications and Country of Origin using relevant documentation and processes
- Oversee Customs Broker entry activities, including validation, post-entry reviews, and audit readiness support
- Analyze compliance data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in import trade compliance or customs operations
- Proven expertise in HTS, COO determinations, and trade remedy programs
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and broker entry processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills
- Preferred Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or trade compliance certifications (CCS, CES, CTCS)
