Licensed Transport Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Licensed Transport Manager will oversee the end-to-end claims process for air ambulance transports and manage complex cases while ensuring compliance and member satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and coach a high-performing Transport team, providing support and feedback for growth
• Own the claims process for medical transportation, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
• Lead on complex cases, partnering with internal teams and providers to achieve fair outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, claims processing, and professional office settings, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Licensed Claims Adjuster License or ability to obtain one within 60 days of starting, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Coaching leadership style with a focus on setting expectations and providing constructive feedback
• Strong understanding of claims regulations and compliance requirements
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and familiarity with claims management systems
