Licensed Underwriting Associate

Job Summary

As a full-time Licensed Underwriting Associate working remotely, the candidate will manage risk files throughout the policy lifecycle, conduct risk reviews, and resolve customer inquiries while ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct risk reviews and adjudicate inspection findings across the policy lifecycle
• Manage risk files end-to-end, gathering documentation and resolving open items for underwriting decisions
• Field customer inquiries related to underwriting inspection results and maintain communication with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines license
• Direct underwriting or advanced policy-servicing experience in home insurance
• Working knowledge of property risk review and pre-bind requirements
• Strong written communication skills for customer-facing correspondence
• Ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
