Licensed Virtual Physical Therapist

Job Summary

Delivering virtual musculoskeletal evaluations and care planning, the full-time Licensed Virtual Physical Therapist will assess patients, initiate conservative management, and collaborate with care coordinators and medical partners in a remote setting during Eastern and Central Time business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual musculoskeletal triage and follow-up visits to assess symptoms and clinical risk
• Develop individualized care plans aligned with patient goals and functional needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to established protocols within a value-based care environment

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Active, unrestricted physical therapy license in the state(s) where care will be delivered
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with preference for 5 years
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and a patient-first approach to care
• Comfort practicing in a virtual environment, including remote evaluations and video-based patient education
