Seeking a Licensed Virtual Therapist to provide evidence-based psychotherapy remotely on a contract basis, focusing on adults aged 60 and older, while developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with healthcare advocates to enhance patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy via secure telehealth to older adults and their caregivers
- Develop individualized treatment plans considering medical conditions and social determinants of health
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation and provide feedback to improve clinical workflows
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LCPC, LPC, or LMFT in at least one U.S. state
- Minimum of one year of independent, post-licensure psychotherapy experience with older adults or Medicare populations
- Experience with evidence-based therapy approaches such as CBT, ACT, or DBT
- Prior telehealth experience or comfort with providing care through secure video
- Experience in settings serving medically complex adults and Medicare-focused populations
