Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster

Job Summary

To support a dynamic claims team, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims while ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to appropriately resolve claims
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner to support the claim file outcome

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
