Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster

Job Summary

Investigating and resolving complex workers compensation claims, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, ensure effective communication among involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions in line with clients' and corporate policies
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support the outcomes of the claims

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
