Job Summary
To facilitate the placement of complex insurance programs, the full-time Licensed Workers' Compensation Broker will negotiate terms, assess client needs, and maintain relationships with retail agents and insurance carriers while working remotely from various states.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail agents and insurance carriers to secure optimal terms and pricing
- Negotiate and structure insurance programs that align with client objectives and risk profiles
- Monitor market trends and provide informed recommendations to support revenue growth and compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance brokerage, underwriting, or related role
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license required
- Strong track record of negotiating terms and managing complex placement transactions
- Proficiency in industry-specific systems and Microsoft Office Suite
