Licensing Manager

Job Summary

To support the operations of a growing healthcare network, the full-time Licensing Manager will manage and optimize licensing processes for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) remotely, ensuring compliance and efficiency across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end licensing processes for BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring timely and compliant submissions and renewals
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal procedures to maintain compliance with state boards and regulatory bodies
• Oversee an offshore team handling licensing applications, ensuring productivity and accuracy in all operations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in licensing, credentialing, or compliance roles within healthcare, preferably in behavioral or mental health
• Deep knowledge of licensing processes and multi-jurisdictional requirements for BCBAs and RBTs
• Proven ability to analyze licensing data and implement effective, data-driven solutions
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software, and licensing management tools
