Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time remote Licensing Specialist will manage licensure applications for new physicians, ensuring compliance and timely processing while collaborating with the Credentialing and Licensing Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage licensing processes end-to-end, ensuring accurate initiation, tracking, and communication of all licensing activities
• Ensure new and current Imagen specialists have necessary licensure applications completed and compliance needs met across assigned states
• Communicate effectively with physicians and Imagen teams regarding licensing processes and support specialists with state board applications

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with Physician license applications, including multi-state experience (IMLC and State Boards)
• Established contacts and relationships with state boards and the IMLC
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills with close attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of articulating next steps to providers and stakeholders
