Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Licensing Specialist will manage licensure applications for new physicians, ensuring compliance and timely processing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage licensing processes end-to-end, including initiation, tracking, and communication of all licensing activities
- Ensure timely completion of licensure applications for new Imagen specialists by their planned start date
- Communicate effectively with physicians and teams regarding licensing processes and support specialists with state board applications
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with physician license applications, including multi-state experience (IMLC and State Boards)
- Established contacts and relationships with state boards and the IMLC
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities with close attention to detail
