Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Licensing Specialist will manage licensure applications for new physicians, ensuring compliance and timely onboarding in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage licensing processes end-to-end, including initiation, tracking, and communication of all licensing activities
• Ensure new specialists have necessary licensure completed by their planned start date and maintain compliance for current specialists
• Communicate effectively with physicians and internal teams regarding licensing processes and support specialists with state board applications

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with physician license applications, including multi-state experience (IMLC and State Boards)
• Established contacts and relationships with state boards and the IMLC
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to articulate next steps clearly
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills with close attention to detail
