Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the lifecycle management of agents, the remote Licensing Specialist will initiate and monitor appointments, maintain accurate records across multiple systems, and ensure compliance with federal and state licensing criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and monitor the lifecycle of agents to enable product sales authorization
• Maintain accurate agent records across multiple internal and external systems
• Collect, evaluate, and verify licensing data while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• 0-1 year of relevant administrative or office experience
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to learn multiple systems and compliance-driven processes
• Experience in insurance or licensing is a plus but not required
