Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury lien reduction or medical bill negotiation
- Proven experience negotiating with hospitals and medical providers, with documented results
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Proficiency with legal case management software; experience with Litify preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
