Lien Resolution Strategist

Job Summary

Owning a caseload of Single Event medical lien files, the full-time Lien Resolution Strategist will manage negotiation strategies, resolve complex liens across various types, and collaborate closely with customers and internal teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Single Event medical lien files from intake through final resolution, including negotiation and settlement
• Collaborate with Customer Success and other teams to enhance customer experience and refine workflows
• Develop and maintain playbooks and workflows for medical lien resolution, testing new approaches and reporting on outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in medical lien resolution or subrogation, with direct negotiation experience
• Hands-on knowledge of multiple lien types, including Medicare, Medicaid, and ERISA
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven record of securing reductions from providers and insurers
• Experience in developing procedures or playbooks and improving operational processes
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
