Life and Annuity Delivery Manager
Job Summary
To lead and manage complex initiatives in the life insurance and annuity landscape, the remote Life and Annuity Delivery Manager will oversee project planning, resource management, and stakeholder communication while driving end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans for life and annuity projects, defining objectives and deliverables
- Manage cross-functional team members and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates
- Identify potential risks and ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations and standards
Required Qualifications:
- BS degree with 5-10 years of experience managing technology projects, preferably in the insurance industry
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager focused on life insurance and annuity products implementation
- Agile/Scrum certification and/or PMI certification preferred
- In-depth understanding of life insurance and annuity products and industry regulations
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
