Life and Health Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

Combining client advisory work with financial analysis, the full-time remote Life and Health Benefits Analyst will analyze and present benefit proposals, guide clients on package design, and manage relationships with insurance carriers while ensuring accurate renewal projections and recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and present a full range of benefit plans and options to small and mid-sized business clients
• Own the analysis of client renewals, including budget projections and contribution analysis
• Build and run RFPs to insurance carriers, managing relationships to secure competitive options for clients

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in a role involving small group benefits analysis and/or support
• Bachelor's degree
• Active Life, Accident and Health Producer License, or willingness to obtain it
• Solid grounding in benefits financial analysis, including budget and claim projection
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
