Job Summary

As a full-time remote Life Claims Analyst, the successful candidate will evaluate and process complex life insurance claims, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate and process life insurance claims by analyzing medical records and supporting documentation to determine payment or denial decisions
• Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, resolving inquiries and handling escalated issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity
