Life Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Providing expertise in reviewing and processing Life claims, the full-time Life Claims Analyst will work remotely to investigate, negotiate, and adjudicate claims while ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and render determinations on Life claims, ensuring adherence to ERISA standards
• Maintain communication throughout the claim review and investigation process
• Adjudicate an average of 50 Life claims weekly, providing accurate decisions in line with established guidelines

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, focusing on analyzing and resolving issues for policyholders
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience processing life insurance claims from initial receipt to final resolution
• Proficiency with computer applications, including the ability to navigate and learn complex systems
• Must be 18 years of age or older
