Job Summary
Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, the full-time Health & Benefits Consultant will provide strategic guidance on employee benefits, plan design, and cost management while working in a hybrid environment across various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on health and welfare benefit programs, including cost management strategies and wellness initiatives
- Lead annual renewal processes, including marketing, carrier negotiations, and financial analysis
- Analyze healthcare utilization and develop financial models to support client decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of employee benefits consulting or related healthcare advisory experience
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of group medical, dental, vision, and wellbeing programs
- Active Life & Health License or ability to obtain
