Job Summary
To support client needs, the contract-to-hire Life Insurance Interviewer will place outbound calls to life insurance applicants, conducting medical and financial interviews while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to complete life insurance medical and financial interviews
- Gather and review medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interviews
- Utilize call management systems to log call attempts and document interview results
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical terminology background
- Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to navigate technology comfortably
- Availability to work from 10 am to 7 pm CST
