Job Summary
To support multiple client companies, the contract-to-hire Insurance Risk Interviewer will conduct outbound calls to life insurance applicants, gathering medical and financial information while ensuring compliance and quality assurance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to contact life insurance applicants and complete interviews or leave messages for return calls
- Gather and review medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interviews for quality assurance
- Utilize call management systems to log call attempts, document information, and respond to client needs professionally
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background in medical terminology
- Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Teams, with comfort in navigating technology
- Availability to work from 10 am to 7 pm CST
