Job Summary
Completing life insurance medical and financial interviews via outbound telephone calls, the contract-to-hire Insurance Risk Interviewer will gather essential applicant information for multiple client companies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to life insurance applicants to complete interviews or leave messages for follow-up
- Gather and review medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interviews for quality assurance
- Utilize call management systems to log call attempts and document information as necessary
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background in medical terminology
- Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Teams, with strong technology navigation skills
- Ability to work the schedule of 11am - 8pm CST
- Willingness to undergo training during the same shift of 10am - 7pm CST
