Life Insurance Interviewer
Job Summary
To support multiple client companies, the contract-to-hire Insurance Risk Interviewer will conduct outbound calls to life insurance applicants, completing medical and financial interviews while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Place outbound calls to life insurance applicants and complete interviews or leave messages for return calls
- Gather and review medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interviews for quality assurance
- Utilize call management systems to log call attempts, document information, and respond to client needs professionally
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background in medical terminology
- Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Teams, with strong technological navigation skills
- Availability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM CST, with training from 10 AM to 7 PM CST
