Life Insurance Interviewer
Job Summary
To support multiple client companies, the contract-to-hire Insurance Risk Interviewer will place outbound calls to life insurance applicants, conducting medical and financial interviews while ensuring quality assurance and compliance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to gather medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories from life insurance applicants
- Review and edit information collected during interviews for quality assurance purposes
- Utilize the C4 call management system and document call attempts and results as necessary
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background in medical terminology
- Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Teams, with comfort in navigating technology
- Availability to work from 9 am to 6 pm CST, with training from 10 am to 7 pm CST
