Job Summary
Completing life insurance medical and financial interviews via telephone, the part-time Ins Risk Interviewer will conduct outbound calls for multiple client companies while gathering essential information and ensuring quality assurance remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to life insurance applicants to complete medical and financial interviews
- Gather and review medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interviews
- Utilize call management systems to log call attempts and document information accurately
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background in medical terminology
- Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Comfortable navigating technology and call management systems
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 11 am to 8 pm CST and Saturday from 8 am to 4:30 pm CST
