Job Summary

To support enterprise clients in a hybrid work environment, the full-time salaried Life Sciences Consulting Manager will drive end-to-end consulting engagements, guide technology transformation initiatives, and mentor consulting practitioners while ensuring projects deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Drive consulting engagements by effectively scoping projects aligned with client priorities and delivering on time
• Guide clients through technology transformation by translating business requirements into actionable consulting roadmaps
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to integrate technical analysis and process redesign into cohesive delivery plans

Required qualifications

• Eight to ten years of progressive experience in IT consulting with responsibility for medium to large client engagements
• Strong knowledge of consulting methodologies, project delivery lifecycles, and stakeholder management techniques
• Deep domain expertise in areas such as enterprise architecture, application modernization, or data analytics
• Advanced analytical skills to assess technology environments and propose feasible improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with standard consulting and delivery tools for requirements management and project tracking
