Driving implementation success and industry insights, the full-time remote Life Sciences Industry Strategist will focus on shaping strategies for commercial pharma, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and guiding the development of industry-specific accelerators.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the industry point-of-view strategy on trends and competitive positioning within the life sciences ecosystem
- Partner with product, engineering, and sales leadership to align customer business processes with product capabilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout their implementation journey, ensuring regulatory compliance and success
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in life sciences/commercial pharma, with extensive CRM implementation experience
- Demonstrated ability to map ecosystem roles to product capabilities and identify gaps in customer business processes
- Deep knowledge of life sciences regulatory requirements and their impact on implementation approaches
- Experience leading or advising implementation programs in a strategist or consulting capacity
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex industry dynamics to C-level audiences
