Job Summary
To elevate the success of customer software implementations, the full-time remote Life Sciences Product Liaison Director will manage the integration of product engineering and field execution, design AI-driven implementation playbooks, and serve as the primary connection point among various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and scale AI-driven implementation playbooks and automation tools for data transformations
- Establish standardized methodologies to reduce manual effort during complex system integrations
- Lead technical discovery sessions to identify integration needs and publish best practice blueprints
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of software implementation and integration experience in the Life Sciences industry
