Job Summary
Responsible for managing a portfolio of complex accounts, the full-time remote Life Sciences Program Manager will implement service delivery strategies, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the Life Sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Produces competitive quotations and scopes for Life Sciences services, including linguistic validation and regulatory review
- Drives the implementation and optimization of technical production workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Monitors production team performance against KPIs, reporting on metrics and addressing shortfalls with action plans
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing Life Sciences localization programs for pharmaceutical or medical device clients
- Experience with Risk Management, RCA, and CAPA procedures in regulated environments
- Knowledge of Life Sciences translation workflows and relevant quality standards
- Experience supporting client and regulatory audits with audit-ready documentation
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
