Life Sciences Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading multiple regulatory technology and business transformation initiatives, the remote Life Sciences Project Manager will manage project plans, serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, and ensure successful delivery of regulatory systems and process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and delivery of multiple program initiatives
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive-level communications
- Facilitate stakeholder decision-making and ensure alignment of business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical deliverables
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device sectors
- Regulatory Affairs experience with knowledge of Regulatory Information Management (RIM) and related processes
- Hands-on experience with Veeva implementations and enterprise system deployments
- Strong ability to translate requirements across diverse stakeholder groups
- Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams through complex projects and organizational change
