Job Summary
To support the life sciences sector, the full-time Recruiter - Life Sciences will identify, engage, recruit, and place qualified professionals while working remotely and focusing on relationship-driven recruiting and business development.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and build relationships with life sciences professionals through various sourcing strategies, including networking and social media
- Develop and maintain a personal candidate pipeline and book of business, screening resumes and matching candidates with opportunities
- Serve as a liaison between candidates, clients, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication throughout the recruiting process
Required qualifications
