Job Summary
Providing leadership for the GB Specialty Life Sciences Vertical, the full-time salaried Life Sciences Vertical Leader will manage client relationships and claims handling functions while overseeing a team of claims handlers in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Direct leadership and oversight of all vertical client relationships and claims handling functions
- Manage and evaluate the performance of a team of skilled claims handlers, ensuring effective handling of complex claims
- Represent the Life Sciences vertical at industry events and contribute to thought leadership through publications and presentations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of related experience
- Experience managing Life Sciences claims is highly preferred
- JD is highly preferred
