Lifecycle Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a growing women's health initiative, the full-time remote Lifecycle Copywriter will manage email, SMS, and in-app writing across the customer lifecycle, focusing on high-quality execution and creative experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Own writing for email, SMS, and in-app communications across various customer segments, including fertility and perimenopause
• Engage in diverse writing projects beyond traditional formats, such as campaign scripts and educational guides
• Continuously test and iterate on messaging based on performance data to optimize engagement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting experience, specifically in email and lifecycle marketing
• A portfolio demonstrating a range of writing across email, in-app, and product copy
• Experience with performance data analysis to inform copy decisions
• Basic literacy in Figma for collaboration purposes
• Background in wellness, beauty, or femtech is a plus
