Lifecycle Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a growing women's health company, the full-time remote Lifecycle Copywriter will manage email, SMS, and in-app writing across the full customer lifecycle while engaging in creative experimentation and data-driven testing.

Key responsibilities

• Own writing for email, SMS, and in-app communications across various customer segments, including fertility and wellness
• Engage in diverse writing projects beyond standard formats, such as guides and campaign scripts
• Test and iterate messaging based on performance data to optimize engagement and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting experience, particularly in email/lifecycle marketing
• A portfolio demonstrating a range of copy across email, in-app, and product formats
• Experience with testing and iterating based on performance metrics
• Basic literacy in Figma for collaboration purposes
• Familiarity with compliance challenges related to medical device products is a plus
