Lifecycle Copywriter

Job Summary

To support a growing women's health company, the full-time remote Lifecycle Copywriter will create compelling copy for email, in-app, and website channels throughout the customer lifecycle, focusing on high-quality execution and creative experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the writing for email, SMS, and in-app communications across various customer segments, including fertility and perimenopause
• Engage in diverse writing projects beyond standard formats, such as guides and campaign scripts
• Continuously test and iterate on copy based on performance data to optimize engagement and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting experience, particularly in email and lifecycle marketing
• A portfolio showcasing a range of copy across email, in-app, and product formats
• Experience with performance data analysis and iterative testing
• Basic literacy in Figma for collaboration purposes
• Background in wellness, beauty, or femtech is a plus
