Job Summary
To support a high-growth startup in women's health, the full-time remote Lifecycle Copywriter will manage email, SMS, and in-app writing across the entire customer lifecycle, focusing on creative experimentation and data-driven iteration.
Key responsibilities
- Own the writing for email, SMS, and in-app communications tailored to various customer segments
- Engage in diverse writing projects beyond traditional formats, including guides and campaign scripts
- Continuously test and iterate messaging based on performance data to optimize engagement
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, particularly in email/lifecycle marketing
- A portfolio demonstrating versatility across multiple writing channels
- Experience with data-driven testing and iteration
- Basic proficiency in Figma for collaborative projects
- Background in wellness, beauty, or femtech is a plus
