Lifecycle Copywriter (Women's Health)

Job Summary

To support a growing women's health initiative, the full-time remote Lifecycle Copywriter (Women's Health) will create engaging copy for email, in-app, and website channels throughout the customer lifecycle, focusing on high-quality execution and creative experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Own writing for email, SMS, and in-app communications across various customer segments including fertility and perimenopause
• Engage in diverse writing projects beyond traditional formats, such as guides and campaign scripts
• Continuously test and iterate on copy based on performance data to enhance engagement and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of copywriting experience, particularly in email and lifecycle marketing
• A portfolio demonstrating versatility across email, in-app, and product copy
• Experience with testing and iterating copy based on performance metrics
• Native or native-level English proficiency
• Basic literacy in Figma for cross-team collaboration
