Job Summary
To support a growing women's health initiative, the full-time remote Lifecycle Copywriter (Women's Health) will write engaging and effective copy for email, in-app, and website channels throughout the customer lifecycle, focusing on high-quality execution and creative experimentation.
Key responsibilities
- Own email, SMS, and in-app writing across the full lifecycle for various customer segments
- Engage in diverse writing projects beyond classic formats, including guides and campaign scripts
- Continuously test and iterate copy based on performance data to optimize effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, specifically in email/lifecycle marketing
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of copy across email, in-app, and product channels
- Experience with testing and iterating based on performance data
- Basic literacy in Figma for cross-team collaboration
- Familiarity with compliance challenges related to medical device products is a plus
