Seeking an organized and detail-oriented Lifecycle Operations Associate, the full-time role focuses on managing digital patient engagement programs to enhance in-treatment retention and execution, utilizing tools like Braze and SQL for data analysis, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build, QA, and execute patient engagement programs across multiple channels including email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging
- Track retention and engagement trends using SQL and analyze data to measure program impact and generate new ideas
- Design and analyze experiments tied to outcomes such as appointment attendance and patient experience
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in CRM, engagement operations, analytics, digital health, or a related field
- Working SQL skills required; experience with BI tools like Mode preferred
- Hands-on experience with a CRM or messaging platform, preferably Braze
- Experience running multi-channel programs including push, SMS, and in-app messaging
- Genuine interest in behavioral science or behavioral design
