LifePRO Configuration Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing Insurance Technology team, the remote contract LifePRO Configuration Specialist will configure, develop, test, maintain, and implement insurance products within the LifePRO administration platform, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain LifePRO product setups, including business rules, workflows, and policy administration functionality
- Design, build, test, and maintain individual and group insurance products within the LifePRO platform
- Collaborate with business users and product managers to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with the LifePRO insurance administration platform
- Experience configuring and supporting life insurance, annuity, or group insurance products
- Demonstrated experience creating and enhancing both individual and group product builds
- Strong understanding of insurance product structures and policy administration processes
- Experience supporting testing activities, including unit testing and user acceptance testing
