Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the full-time LIHTC Analyst will support transaction structuring and financial modeling for affordable housing projects, assisting in securing financing and managing client relationships, with opportunities for remote work.
Key responsibilities:
- Support transaction structuring and financial modeling, integrating various tax credit programs and financing sources
- Assist in securing debt and equity financing, including negotiations with funding partners
- Conduct research and provide consulting support to help clients achieve strategic financial objectives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 1 year of professional experience
- Experience with financial modeling and low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) applications preferred
- Familiarity with affordable housing funding sources such as LIHTC, HOME, and HUD programs
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
