LIHTC Year 15 Specialist
Job Summary
To support investment dispositions and partnership restructurings, the full-time LIHTC Year 15 Specialist will manage Year 15 transactions for LIHTC properties, collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Year 15 and investor exit transactions across a portfolio of LIHTC investments
- Analyze partnership agreements and legal documents to determine ownership rights and exit strategies
- Build financial models to evaluate investor exit scenarios and support transaction recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in LIHTC asset management, affordable housing finance, or real estate transactions
- Working knowledge of the LIHTC program and affordable housing ownership structures
- Experience in reviewing and interpreting partnership agreements and legal transaction documents
- Strong financial modeling skills, including cash flow analysis and valuation methodologies
