Linux Server Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Linux/VM Server Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-staging and configuration of Linux virtual machines
- Support the OS upgrade process in coordination with the client's engineering team
- Execute and modify Ansible playbooks and assist with VM builds and OS configuration
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Linux/Unix system administration
- Strong CLI proficiency with Red Hat / Rocky / Oracle Linux
- Experience in virtual machine environments (e.g., VMware, KVM)
- Willingness to learn and work with Ansible automation
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies and networking fundamentals
