Job Summary
A company is looking for a Linux Support Engineer to resolve technical issues for customers and enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve escalated technical issues with customers via email and occasional calls
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience
- Manage high-impact cross-functional projects and be on-call for urgent system incidents
Required Qualifications
- Command line level Linux system administration experience
- Scripting experience using Bash, Python, or JavaScript
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Experience delivering complex technical systems or processes
- Empathy towards customers
