Job Summary

A company is looking for a Linux Support Engineer to resolve technical issues for customers and enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve escalated technical issues with customers via email and occasional calls
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience
  • Manage high-impact cross-functional projects and be on-call for urgent system incidents
Required Qualifications
  • Command line level Linux system administration experience
  • Scripting experience using Bash, Python, or JavaScript
  • Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays
  • Experience delivering complex technical systems or processes
  • Empathy towards customers
